Your way to WindEnergy Hamburg participation

  1. Please complete all fields on the application form and send it to us. 
  2. Once you have successfully registered, you will receive confirmation that your registration has been received. Please note that this notification does not yet constitute final confirmation of your exhibition stand. 
  3. The planning phase for exhibition stands will begin in April 2027. You will receive a proposed stand allocation from August 2027. 
  4. If you agree to the proposal, we will send you a confirmation of approval along with your login details for the Online Service Center (OSC). You can then place your binding orders. 
  5. The invoice will be sent at the start of the year in which the trade fair takes place. 
  6. Service bookings (water, electricity, etc.) will be invoiced to you following the event.
