Passes for assembly and dismantling
For stand mantling and dismantling no passes are necessary.
In order to access the Hamburg Messe trade fair grounds with vehicles during mantling / dismantling times a cash deposit is necessary. More information will be available in the traffic guide in the weeks leading up to the event.
Delivery of exhibits
Please note that Hamburg Messe und Congress is not authorized to accept and confirm the consignment of exhibition goods. Please instruct our contractor Kühne + Nagel for this service.
