Assembly and dismantling times

The set-up and dismantling of WindEnergy Hamburg 2026 is staggered according to stand size and, in some cases, by zone in order to optimise the process. Details can be found in the tables below.

Please note: Empty containers and waste must be removed from the hall every day.

* In the interests of all visitors, dismantling may only begin after the official close of the exhibition. The halls will only be cleared for the removal of empty containers, full containers and work equipment once all visitors have left the halls and the Hall Manager has given the go-ahead. Vehicle entry times are regulated in the Traffic guide (PDF).

• Passes are not necessary for booth assembly and dismantling.
• Early stand assembly / extended dismantling must be submitted in writing to the Exhibition Technology Department and approved (see Online Service Center / Approvals and Applications). There is no entitlement to authorisation.
• Working after 10 p.m. is possible with prior notification to the hall manager (at least 12 hours in advance). The halls close regularly at 10 p.m.
• In order to access the Hamburg Messe trade fair grounds with vehicles during assembly / dismantling times a cash deposit is necessary, see Traffic Guide (PDF).
• Individual regulations apply to stands in the outdoor area.
• Empty containers and waste must not be stored in the aisles and must be removed daily.
• Smoking is prohibited in all halls, including during set-up and dismantling times.
