Assembly times 2024
General information:
- Advance notice must be given to the hall manager if work is to be carried out after 10 pm (12 hours in advance). Halls are generally locked at 10 pm.
- Early stand assembly / extended dismantling must be submitted in writing to the Exhibition Technology Department and approved (see Online Service Centre / Approvals and Applications). There is no entitlement to authorisation. If you have any questions, please contact HMC's Exhibition Technology Department (phone: +49 40 3569 2528 / e-mail: ops(at)hamburg-messe(dot)de).
- Individual regulations apply to stands on the open-air site
- Smoking is prohibited in the halls
Stands from 70 square metres, all multi-storey stands and stands in Hall A1 in the marked zone

Passes for assembly and dismantling
For stand mantling and dismantling no passes are necessary.
In order to access the Hamburg Messe trade fair grounds with vehicles during mantling / dismantling times a cash deposit is necessary. More information will be available in the traffic guide in the weeks leading up to the event.
