Overview services and deadlines
Here you will find the service catalogue with an overview of our services.
The deadline for service orders is 25 August 2026.
After this deadline, service prices will increase by 20%.
Requests for ceiling suspensions should be requested no later than 6 weeks before the start of the event. Stand construction approvals must be applied for at least 8 weeks before the start of the event.

Exemplary presentation. Individual stand drawings will be compiled after approval.

Exhibitors watch out! Scammers offer visitor lists
We are currently observing that more and more emails are being sent to our exhibitors from fake accounts offering to buy visitor lists for the trade fairs we organize. Some of the emails use our protected trademarks. Do not be irritated by this and do not reply to these emails.
We do not offer visitor lists for sale and do not send any such emails. If you receive such an email, please forward it to us. We will send a warning letter to the sender.
