FAQs for Exhibitors

Despite undertaking a massive effort we have not been able to exclude certain technical issues in the exhibitor profiles and the related functionalities. This means that it has not been possible so far to present the customer profiles at the quality level you and we ourselves would expect as of 1 December 2020.

We had every reason to expect that known errors could still be eliminated. Our people worked around the clock to make that happen. Yet on Monday additional technical issues appeared which are making it impossible to go live on 1 December 2020. However, this does not affect the programming offered by WindTV. Both our WindTV live streams will broadcast as planned.

Of course we will promptly and fully refund the fee for the participation package you booked. We are learning from our current experiences and will continue to work hard on the development of a digital presence for our exhibitors.
